Tithe.ly enables you to make safe and speedy smartphone giving. It is a free application that you can download, register and then give to First Alliance Church through Tithe.ly. It is available from the App Store™ for Apple™ iOS and from Google Play for Android

Yes. All financial information is encrypted and stored by our banking partner to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party. It is the highest possible rating one can get in the electronic payment processing industry. Additionally, all transmission to our banking partner and on our site is via an encrypted 256-bit HTTPS SSL connection.

If a phone is lost, even if you are logged into Tithe.ly, no transactions can be made without the user’s secret passcode. This is an extra layer of security that ensures that no one but the owner can access their Tithe.ly account for malicious reasons.

You can reset your account password by going to the reset password.

Absolutely! As soon as you give via Tithe.ly, you instantly receive an email with the details of your transaction. All giving history for each member is also tracked and available within the Tithe.ly app, giving you instant access to check your records. Note: Confirmation emails sent by Tithe.ly should only be used for tax purposes if the email meets the tax requirements of the country your church resides in.
